2.) Based on the feedback from the last elevator pitch, I found it most important that I slightly adjusted my camera angle so that I looked professional in my presentation with the clothes that I was wearing. I was surprised to learn that people thought I used hand motions well because I still think that I can work on not being so stiff and loosening up. Lastly, I was most happy to learn that people enjoyed my use of statistics to help make my pitch more persuasive.
3.) For this new elevator pitch, I tried focusing on adjusting the camera angle because it makes me look more professional when you just see my jacket suit top. I also made sure to keep my presentation of statistics as a vital piece of the pitch because this is what gets the audience hooked on what I am saying. Lastly, I tried to make my presentation look more comfortable coming from me, but I think that there is still some room for improvement.
Hi Travis,
ReplyDeleteAs always, I really enjoy hearing you talk about this amazing idea that you are trying to turn into a reality. I can really hear the passion you have for this bridge in the tone of your voice during your pitch. One thing I liked about this pitch is that it was a little shorter than your past ones, and that you were able to cut out any unnecessary parts to the pitch. Overall, great improvement from your very first pitch, and I hope you keep pursuing this idea.
Hi Travis,
ReplyDeleteWhat an incredible elevator speech. It was so good and I enjoyed it very much. I really liked the fact that you took the feedback in stride and used that to tweak this elevator pitch. This showed through your video and I was very impressed by the progress that you made from last pitch to this one.

Hey Travis, I think you did a great job with this elevator pitch. I like how you introduced the subject by talking about the phones which adds to the case you are making that your idea would help benefit the safety of people not just the convenience. I like how you used the feedback that was given to you and you used it to make this speech better. I think that this idea is very logical and could help students and the overall traffic on that part of campus.
